Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Customized or personalized products

• Personal care and beauty products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item should be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may also be required.

This statutory right of withdrawal does not affect any additional return rights provided under our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
